Block the excecution of unwanted Java/
Java Scripts with NoScript extension
Enabling Java and JavaScript in browsers have some
security problems.. It is possible with Mozilla Firefox to
selectively block web sites with Java and
JavaScript in them.
If you use Firefox as your default
browser, there is an extension that can
be installed in it known as NoScript.
NoScript provides extra protection for your
Mozilla Firefox browser. This extension
allows JavaScript and Java execution only
for trusted domains of your choice (for
example, your home-banking web site). This
whitelist based pre-emptive script blocking
approach prevents exploitation of security
vulnerabilities with no loss of functionality.
Enable JavaScript/Java execution for
sites you trust with a simple left-click on
the NoScript status bar icon or by using the contextual
menu for easier operation in the popup
status bar-less windows.
