When we click on HTML links from other
applications such as MSN Messenger, they
open up the active window in Mozilla
Firefox. we can set Mozilla Firefox to open links from
external applications in a new window.
When you click on links from other
applications like MSN Messenger or a help
file, they open in the most recent window
replacing its contents. To prevent this, set
Firefox to open such links in a new window.
To do so, go to ‘Tools | Options | tabs’ and
check the option ‘A new window’ and apply
the settings for the effect to take place.
